SHIPPING

All orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia using Australia Post and partner courier networks. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery if you reside outside of Australia. 

Europe – Customs Duty is not due for goods, provided directly to you when their value does not exceed 150 euros. The VAT rate is the one applicable in the country where the goods are being delivered. Cost may vary depending on the EU location. 

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

Other - International countries may be subject to additional customs and import fees. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

Our returns policy lasts for 21 days. If 21 days has lapsed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For any faulty items, this needs to be identified within the 21 day period and brought to our attention by contacting us at info@corsacs.com. 


REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 5 business days.

If you haven’t received the refund within that period, please contact your bank / financial institution directly to investigate further. 


RETURNS SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
